Back to being pop-free, sugar-free, and therefore pimple-free.
When I eat healthy my skin looks amazing, but if I have more than a couple of greasy or junk meals? Zits. Either on my face or my back. It’s unacceptable because I’m too old for it but I know what causes it. Besides, the holidays can be a difficult time in regards to staying healthy so I have to keep it up to balance out the parties, booze, and pies.
My feet will meet the pavement (or treadmill) tomorrow. And everyday. I promise.
